Terms of use
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the littleGallery mobile app, published by Duwit Technologies. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use littleGallery on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Your content
The photos, recordings and text you put into littleGallery are yours. They are stored on your device; we claim no rights over them and have no access to them. You are responsible for having the right to photograph and store the material you add.
Your device is the only copy
littleGallery stores your library locally. If you lose, reset or replace your device, or uninstall the app, the data goes with it unless your own device backup has preserved it. Please keep your own backups of anything you cannot bear to lose — we cannot recover data for you.
littleGallery Plus
Plus is sold through Google Play and is subject to Google Play's terms. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm, in your own currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the paid period ends.
- A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid period unless you cancel before it ends. Trials are available once per Google account.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-off payment with no renewal.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
Artwork you saved while on Plus stays on your device if your subscription ends; the free tier limits apply to what you add afterwards.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. We aim to keep it working, but the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Duwit Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored only on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
