Privacy policy
Last updated 15 September 2026
The short version: littleGallery keeps your child's artwork on your device. We do not collect it, cannot see it, and never upload it. The only information that leaves your phone is what Google Play needs to sell and restore a subscription.
littleGallery is published by Duwit Technologies (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with your information.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you create in littleGallery is stored locally on your device, in the app's private storage area:
- Artist profiles — the name, birthday and avatar colour you enter for each child.
- Artwork — the photos you capture or import, the compressed copies the app generates, plus titles, notes, dates and tags.
- Voice memos — audio recordings you attach to a piece of artwork.
- App settings — theme, language and your progress through the app.
We do not operate accounts or servers for littleGallery. Your artwork and recordings are never uploaded to us, and we have no way to see them.
If your device has a backup service enabled (for example Google Backup), your device's operating system may include this app's data in that backup. That backup is governed by your device provider's privacy policy, not ours.
Permissions the app asks for
- Camera — only to photograph artwork when you tap to capture. The app does not record video or use the camera in the background.
- Microphone — only while you are actively recording a voice memo.
- Photo library — when you choose to import artwork you already have. On Android the app uses the system photo picker, so it only ever receives the items you select.
You can decline or revoke any of these in your device settings; the rest of the app keeps working without them.
Children
littleGallery is designed for parents and guardians to use. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children. The information you enter about a child — name, birthday, artwork — stays on your own device.
Sharing
When you use the share button, your device's own share sheet hands the image and caption to whichever app you pick. What happens next is governed by that app's privacy policy. Nothing is shared unless you initiate it.
Purchases
littleGallery Plus is sold through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google; we never see your card or payment details, and Google Play's own privacy policy applies to the transaction.
We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is active, so that Plus works after a reinstall or on a new phone. For this, RevenueCat processes:
- a randomly generated, anonymous app user ID it creates for your install — it is not your name, email or Google account;
- the purchase record from Google Play — which plan, when it started, whether it is still active, and the store's transaction identifiers;
- basic device and app information, such as the app version, platform and country, and a device identifier used to attribute the purchase.
This is used only to run the subscription — no advertising, no profiling — and it is never linked to your artwork, recordings or your child's details, which never leave the device. RevenueCat acts as our processor; see their privacy policy.
If you never open the paywall, the only thing this amounts to is a check for an existing purchase when the app starts.
Analytics, advertising and AI
The app contains no advertising, no tracking or advertising SDKs, and no AI processing of your photos or recordings. Your artwork and recordings are never sent anywhere.
Deleting your data
Deleting an artwork, voice memo or artist profile in the app removes it from your device. Uninstalling littleGallery removes all of the app's data. Because we hold nothing, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
To have the purchase record described above deleted, write to us at the address below. Note that Google Play keeps its own transaction records independently, as its policies require.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top and post the new version at this address.
