Support
A person reads every message.
Write to duwittechnologies@gmail.com — questions, problems, or an idea for the next version.
If you are reporting a problem, it helps to include your phone model, its Android or iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Managing a subscription
littleGallery Plus is billed by the store you bought it from, and only the store can change or cancel it:
- Android — Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- iPhone — Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the renewal; Plus stays on until the period you have paid for ends, and everything you have already saved is yours to keep either way. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
Questions that come up
I bought Plus but the app still shows the free plan
Open the paywall and tap Restore, while signed in to the same store account you bought with. If it still does not appear, write to us with the order number from your store receipt.
I bought Plus on Android — do I get it on my iPhone?
No. A purchase belongs to the store account that made it, and Google Play and the App Store cannot see each other's purchases. littleGallery has no accounts, so there is nothing to carry a purchase across.
I got a new phone. Where is my gallery?
Everything littleGallery stores lives on the device itself — that is what keeps it private, and it is also the catch. Unless your old phone's backup included the app's data and you restored it onto the new one, the library does not travel. We cannot recover it for you, because we never had a copy.
How do I delete everything?
Deleting an artwork, memo or artist in the app removes it from the device. Uninstalling removes all of it at once. Nothing is held on our side.
Does the app work offline?
Yes, entirely. It reaches the network only to check whether a subscription is active.
